Upfront Payment: Your payment is secured for confirmation, but don’t worry! If you need to cancel, you can apply it to a future trip instead of losing it entirely. Just notify them via email at least 2 days in advance.
Cancellations:To cancel your booking, send them an email.
Changing Dates: Inform them at least 7 days before your original check-in date if you want to change your booking dates. This is subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment.
Cancellations by Houseboat:If the houseboat crew cancels due to bad weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable events, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund. They won’t cover any additional costs you incur due to the change.
Rescheduling Restrictions: Rescheduling is not allowed on weekends, holidays, and busy periods.
New Booking Date: The new date for your trip must be at least one week after your original booking date.
Rescheduling Window:You can reschedule anytime between 7 days and one year after your original booking date.
Approval of New Date:The houseboat crew has the final say on whether they can accommodate your new date.
Finality of Rescheduling: Once you reschedule, no further changes are permitted.
Restrictions on Rescheduled Trips: You cannot change the type of boat, number of people, or number of bedrooms on your rescheduled trip.
